What does this number mean?
Low Acceptance: Generally Very Competitive schools (top ranked schools); but some
Even low ranked schools which get more number of applications can also be a Low acceptance rate school
High Acceptance: Generally, Less competitive schools which generally issue more i20’s.
Such schools issue more number of admits; so genially safe schools. It can also mean high competition for funding.
So bottom line “ lower the better”
